A High Honor for TCS Students

The National Honor Society represents the highest honor for junior and senior students at Texoma Christian School. Membership is based on outstanding performance in four key areas that define exceptional students.

NHS members are selected not only for their academic achievements but also for their commitment to serving others, demonstrating leadership, and maintaining exemplary character both in and out of school.

Academic excellence with a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA and consistent high performance across all subjects.

Commitment to serving the school and community through volunteer activities and service projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead others and take initiative in school activities and community involvement.

Exemplary personal conduct, integrity, and moral strength both in school and in the community.

Membership Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Must have completed at least four high school semesters
  • Maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative scholastic GPA
  • Demonstrate consistent academic performance

Character Evaluation

  • Evaluation by principal and teachers on character, leadership, and service
  • Must maintain compliance with TCS code of conduct
  • Demonstrate integrity in all school and community activities

Membership Conditions

Important Notice

Violation of the TCS code of conduct may result in non-recommendation for membership or removal from the National Honor Society.

Ongoing Expectations

  • Continue meeting all academic and character standards
  • Actively engage in service-related activities and projects
  • Participate in NHS meetings and events
  • Serve as a positive role model for other students

Service Activities

NHS members participate in meaningful service projects that benefit our school and community

Blood Drive

Partner with local blood banks to organize campus blood drives, helping save lives in our community.

Crosswalk Volunteers

Serve as safety volunteers helping younger students safely cross streets and navigate campus.

Operation Christmas Child

Collect and pack gift boxes for children worldwide through this meaningful Christmas outreach program.

Shoe Drive

Collect shoes for A Heart of the Matter Ministries, providing footwear to those in need.
