About Texoma Christian School
Texoma Christian School is seeking a full-time highly qualified elementary teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in elementary education, and at least 2 years of elementary classroom teaching experience is preferred.

- A bachelor's degree in elementary education from an accredited institution
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience preferred
- ACSI certification (if not, may apply when hired)
Requirements
- Effective instructional strategies, classroom management, and assessment of students
- Implement student-centered, inquiry-based, and hands-on approaches to learning
- Preparation of daily lesson plans for implementation of the curriculum
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning for all students
- Technology integration in lesson plans and assignments
- Exhibit a personality that demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to relate well with students, parents, and colleagues
- Create a positive climate where students not only excel academically but also develop spiritually
