Advice to Freshmen from our Seniors

"My 2 pieces of advice are to start strong and finish strong because your GPA is counting all 4 years, so you cant just work hard for the last 2 years. Also I would say to keep up with everything you are apart of to make creating a resume much easier."  Grant Smith, Class of 2008

"1)  Keep a list of every activity you do in high school-- you won't be able to remember them all by the time you're a senior.  2)  Be yourself. Explore your own interests, even when others look down on you for it. Every person is unique, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. 3)  Always remember that high school is only four years, and that there is a much bigger world out there. You may feel like you're stuck in a box sometimes, but it isn't forever.  4)  Trust God. Always."  Leah Thomas, Class of 2008

"Don’t procrastinate when it comes to looking for and applying to colleges."  Angie Capt, Class of 2006

"Don’t take your time in high school for granted.  Have fun and study, study, study and read."  Curt Simmons, Class of 2006

" Take the SAT early and several times."  Marc Nickell, Class of 2006

"No matter how hard it may get, always try your hardest and strive to do your best.  Go to the teachers when you need help.  It will all be worth it in the end."  Courtney Gayoso, Class of 2006

"Don’t worry so much, leave everything to God; it is so much easier."  Audrey Robinson, Class of 2006
